We know our customers depend on Netshell and our ability to service them. We take this responsibility seriously.
As the business world has adjusted itself due to the impact of COVID-19 and plans to prepare for further, we thought we should share how Netshell is addressing the current situation and our plans to act. The health and safety of our employees and customers are primary concern and we have taken, and will continue to take, a number of steps to navigate this developing situation whilst maintaining quality service and delivery to our customers and partners.
In regards to our customers, our services are fully operational and, despite the world being in unusual circumstances, it is very much business as usual. Our project delivery schedules remain unaffected and other services continue to operate daily as planned. Our business continuity plans which include, a full move to remote working for all staff, were in place in advance of the current situation to ensure that we could continue to operate from distributed locations for as long as necessary.
Although our day to day operations are working as expected, we have made the following short-term changes in plans:
Our teams are available as usual during their normal working hours and via the usual channels.
These are indeed challenging and uncertain times. However, we feel confident as a company and as a wider community that we can get through this together.
